طی ابلاغیه شعبه یک دادسرای امنیت اوین ، نرگس محمدی برای تفهیم اتهامات جدید توسط بازپرس محمد حسین تاریان احضار شده است.
زمان حضور وی ساعت ۱۵:۳۰ ( زمان غیر اداری) روز یکشنبه ۲۱ ابان ماه اعلام شده بود.
نرگس طی تماس تلفنی به وکیل و خانواده اش اعلام کرده که به دلیل سر نکردن روسری اجازه خروج از بند نیافته و از اتهامات بی اطلاع است.
این هفتمین پرونده علیه نرگس محمدی ، به موجب فعالیت های او از داخل زندان است که طی ۹ ماه گذشته و جنبش " زن، زندگی، آزادی" گشوده شده است.
طی ماههای اخیر دو پرونده وی ، در دو شعبه دادگاه انقلاب ؛ شعبه ۲۶ به ریاست ایمان افشاری و شعبه ۲۹ به ریاست عموزاد مورد رسیدگی قرار گرفته و او به ۲۷ ماه حبس و ۴ ماه نظافت خیابانها و اماکن عمومی محکوم شده است.
نرگس اعلام کرده سیاست سرکوبگرانه و سلطه طلبانه حجاب اجباری ننگین حکومت استبدادی دینی را برنمیتابد.

Narges Mohammadi has been summoned to the Evin Prosecutor's Office to understand her new charges. She did not wear a headscarf, and permission to leave the women's ward was not granted for her.According to a statement from the security branch of Evin's Prosecutor's Office, Narges Mohammadi has been summoned by investigator Mohammad Hossein Tarayan to understand the new charges. Her presence was announced for 3:30 PM (non-working hours) on Sunday 12th nov 2023.Narges, through a phone call to her lawyer and family, stated that due to not wearing a headscarf, she was not allowed to leave the ward and is unaware of the charges against her. This is the seventh case against Narges Mohammadi related to her activities from inside the prison over the past nine months, following the "Women, Life, Freedom" movement.In recent months, two of her cases have been addressed in two branches of the revolutionary court: Branch 26 led by Iman Afshari and Branch 29 led by Amouzad Mor. She has been sentenced to 27 months in prison and 4 months of street and public space cleaning. Narges has declared that she will not accept the oppressive and authoritarian policy of forced hijab imposed by the oppressive religious government.Nov 13th 2023#
